"Looks nice, but why so pricey??"
I’ll be honest, the products do look really nice in person, and nothing felt cheap or poorly made. But for the price, I was kind of expecting a little more?? With all the hype around the brand, I thought it would feel more special or worth the splurge. It works fine and shipping was normal, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. I just don’t think I’d buy again unless there was a really good sale, because at full price… why is it so expensive??

I do like it overall, especially the design, and it feels comfortable to hold. The vibration is okay though, like not bad at all, but I guess I thought it would be stronger. It’s kind of right in the middle for me. I’ve been using it for everyday stuff and it works fine, so no real complaints there. Just not something that totally impressed me. Anyway, 3 stars feels about right.

It’s been frustrating. I plug it in and it just don’t charge half the time, so I keep having to mess with it to get it working.

"Way louder than I expected"
I bought this sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, but either way I was disappointed. It’s really loud and not discreet at all, which was kind of the whole point for me. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"They did the right thing"
I had a small issue with my Dame product after a few months, so I reached out to support not really sure what to expect. Thankfully, they didn’t make it complicated or try to dodge the warranty. They just asked for the info they needed and got the replacement sorted quickly. i was relieved. It felt like they stood behind their product, which is how companies should treat people

"Battery life wording is a bit misleading"
I do like the product overall, but the battery life has been kind of a letdown. The way it’s described made me think it would last longer than it actually does, so that feels a little misleading. It works fine when it’s fully charged, but I end up plugging it in more often than I expected. Charging itself is simple, it’s just annoying when I forget and then have to deal with it. Not terrible, but definitely not amazing either, especially for the price.

It felt inclusive overall, which I appreciated. But just going off the tone, I kind of assumed there would be more practical, body-safe info included, and that part felt a little thin to me. I’m not totally convinced yet...

Am I wrong for thinking the packaging would be more private? The box showed up with Dame right on the label, and it felt way too obvious. My roommate noticed it immediately, which was super awkward. I really expected it to be more discreet, so yeah, disappointing.

I ordered from Dame and was a little nervous about the shipping, but it arrived exactly when they said it would. Like, right on time, right on time. The tracking updated fine, the package was packed well, and everything showed up with no problems at all

"Great look, comfort is just okay!!!"
I’ll say this first, the design is really nice!!! It doesn’t look cheap at all, and I liked that it felt a little more thought-out than some other brands I’ve tried. Even the packaging was simple and clean, which I appreciated!!!
That said, the ergonomics were kind of a mixed bag for me!!! The shape just wasn’t as comfortable to hold or use as I thought it would be, and after a little while it started to feel a bit awkward. It’s not bad by any means, just not amazing either!!!

"Broke right when I needed it"
I’m really disappointed with this. It only lasted a few months before it broke, and of course it happened right when I actually needed to use it, which totally messed up my plans. I expected it to hold up a lot longer than that

"Pretty uncomfortable and disappointing"
I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t for me. After only a few minutes it started feeling awkward and kind of pinchy, and I was too annoyed to keep using it. For the price, I expected way better comfort. Disappointing overall.

"Frustrating checkout issue and no response from support"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout page froze right at the end, so I had no idea if my order actually went through. I reached out to support and waited, but nobody replied. After following up again, I ended up having to escalate the complaint because it felt like I was just being ignored. Really disappointing ordering experience.

"Finally, something that doesn’t let me down"
I used it in the shower expecting it to probably fail like everything else I buy, but somehow it actually kept working perfectly. I’m surprised because I feel like I’m usually the one who gets the defective item, but this one really is waterproof.

"Support got back to me so fast"
I messaged Dame because I had this random question and I was expecting to wait a while, but they replied way faster than I thought they would. And the answer actually sounded like a real person wrote it, not one of those copy-paste support replies, which I always appreciate. They understood what I meant, fixed the issue quickly, and didn’t turn it into some whole complicated back-and-forth. So yeah, overall I’m happy with how it went.
